Hire the people already nearby.
A local-first hiring map. Surface every open-to-work candidate within real commute distance of your office, pre-screened by AI, delivered to your recruiter as a ranked shortlist.
From map to first interview, in days not months.
Map your radius
Enter your office address. We surface every open-to-work candidate within a real commute distance — traffic-aware isochrones, not straight-line miles.
AI pre-screens them
A conversational AI agent runs your custom rubric: skills, experience, comp, hybrid expectation, commute tolerance. Candidates spend five minutes. Your recruiter gets a packet.
Your recruiter takes it from there
Ranked shortlist with transcripts, fit scores, and a one-click schedule button. We don't replace your recruiter — we unblock them.
Most recruiting tools were built for nationwide search.
Their economics depend on it. But the candidate most likely to take your job at a mid-market firm in Elk Grove, Boise, or Columbus is almost always already nearby. We pull open-to-work signals from licensed data sources, public signals, and our own opt-in pool — then map them by real commute time, not state filters. No relocation gambles. No ghost candidates from out of market. Just the talent already in your zip code.

The honest answers.
How is this different from LinkedIn Recruiter or Indeed?
Both are nationwide search tools. They surface candidates and leave the qualifying work to your team. We're built end-to-end for local hiring: map, outreach, AI screening, recruiter handoff. LinkedIn and Indeed make money on volume and seats. We make money on outcomes — which is why their product roadmaps won't naturally evolve to this.
Where does the candidate data come from?
Licensed data providers for open-to-work signals, public sources like GitHub profiles and public job board check-ins, and candidates who opt in directly. No unconsented scraping.
Is this GDPR / CCPA compliant?
Yes. Every candidate has a clear consent flow, a preference center, and a one-click opt-out. We pass the data your recruiters need and nothing more.
Will this replace our recruiter?
No. The AI handles the first 5–10 minutes of screening — the part recruiters dread. Your recruiter still owns the relationship, the negotiation, and the close. We're augmentation, not replacement.
What metros are you in?
Sacramento, Elk Grove, Roseville, Folsom, and Davis to start. Expanding to additional secondary metros based on lighthouse customer demand.
How fast do I get candidates?
First batch within 7 days of signed pilot agreement.
